Set the "DUMMY" card without money as a default card.
When Amazon skips the payment method selection screen with the summarized quick checkout screen, the order will fail and will provide a chance to "select" the payment method.
Select either "Revise Payment"
or "View or edit order" to cancel the payment.
If the order is for a special express delivery, a few minutes of delay in payment can change the shipping time (e.g. from today to tomorrow, from "by 5PM" to "by 10PM").
After making sure the shipping window has not changed,
complete the payment.
Confirm the order.
